Construction Management Section Head
- Participate in the preparation of detailed budget, schedule and resource plans in coordination with project teams
- Supervise project implementation and ensure adherence to Master Plan
- Supervise contractor performance and provide support as and when required
- Review project cash flows and assess project spend against budget whilst ensuring adherence to set design and budget
- Collaborate with Procurement on tender terms and conditions by providing onsite experience
- Coordinate with Finance for payments and project financial reporting
- Develop regular progress reports for FB Agridevelopment and FB Capital management for reporting purposes
- Monitor contract terms and service levels to ensure compliance
- Ensure proper documentation and archiving of FB Agridevelopment projects
- Identify project risks and define mitigating initiatives in coordination with the project teams
- Provide onsite support to project teams in resolving issues
- Handover completed facilities based on Master Plan specifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience with at least 2 years in a similar role
